Both objects lie in a calm private residence plant, into charming provenzalische mansion with privately pool.
We can accommodate 4 guests ( Apartment ) and 3 guests (guest room).
Separate entrance, 2 LARGE PRIVATE
SUN TERRACES (on the Côte, often usably also in the winter, even if sun to 15°/18° ! ), PRIVATE POOL, CALM SITUATION and RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOOD of VILLAS .
One gets the impression of living in a villa instead of an apartment because the holiday apartment lies directly to the large private sun-terrace of 41 m ² (table, chairs, 2 beach chairs, sun screen and garden shower for a pleasant refreshment in the summer).
Before the pool, still another second garden terrace of 50 m ².
The place is very calm and the terrace is very protected and you can relax or undisturbed, enjoy a sun bath .

Environment of the vacation home
S. Laurent is appropriate for only 1 km. to the west of Nice far away and it is the most exclusive bathing resort of this area.
Admits for the attractive begrünte pedestrian promenade, over 5 km, which lead up to the yachting port and to the Fischer port. Cosy Flanieren is possible, since at the Strandpromenade no cars drive.
At this promenade as well as in the port one finds beach cafes, ice-cream parlors, restaurant, pub, bar, of pianos bar, fashion shops and Diskoteken.
Much animates in the afternoon and at the evening, decoration and atmosphere as in St.Tropez!
In the garden: ° privately swimming pool (7,30 x of 3,70 meters), numerous Mediterranean and tropical plants: different palms, Mimosas, banana tree, Bougainvillea, bamboo.
At the beach of S Laurent (as well as in sew from the station) free parking lots one finds always (in sew is the grosste Shopping center of the Côte d'Azur), and only 10 meters from the beach distant.
Because of the eastern end an exclusive Shopping center, daily to 21,00 o'clock opened, is to the bank promenade and offers with the elevated offer of a supermarket, a department store and numerous single business and “Boutiques” as well as restaurant (among other things also self-service with terrace with view on the sea, physician station, pharmacy, also a bank with EC-automat and Creditcard). The place is a central starting point for trips to the entire Cote d'Azur. With the car one can reach:
S.Laurent center (with supermarkets, restaurant, shop) in about 6 minutes, Nice airport 7 km and only, about, 18 minutes, the world acquaintance “promenade of the Anglais” in Nice 18 min (8 km), Cannes 30 min, Monaco 35 min, Sophia Antipolis 25 min, Italy 45 min, the beach in about 15 min. (one finds always different and free parking lots in beach proximity).
DIRECTLY BUS CONNECTION up to the beach or into the city.
RAILWAY CONNECTION S Laurent (station) - Nice (main station): Direct connection and takes only 8 minutes.

The receipt was cordial and nice and the landlords was very helpful. We were anxious with all necessary things, like tourist folders and books, as well as sun screen for the beach.
St.Laurent is central convenient distant on half way between Cannes and Monaco and only 20 minutes from Nice a beautiful city (beautiful ambience and very leckeres eat at the port). The situation is very calmly, convenient in a mansion quarter and its private road.
Plus: Peace, clean, private pool, beautiful terrace, secures parking lot, Fewo modern furnished, for Sat Tv with many German programs.
